Shipping and handling
We always send items using the most reliable and cost-effective carriers that provide tracking/tracing on each item and require a signature on receipt.
Smaller items are normally sent first class by recorded Royal Mail post. Larger items are normally sent on a 48 hour guaranteed service using Parcelforce Worldwide, UPS or another shipping company. (There is an extra charge for 24 hour guaranteed delivery, please tell us if you want this service.)
If you want your order shipped to a different delivery address to your billing address (your home address to which your credit card/bank account is registered) please ensure we have the full delivery address with a contact name and contact telephone number. For your protection we may request additional proof of identity before shipping to an address other than your billing address.
If you live outside the European Union shipping costs will be higher and we will require additional proof of address etc. We can advise you on the shipping costs once you tell us what you want and your address.
